Mermaid and Moe renewed: Coming back strong in 2018 – wanna join the team?

4 people from the Mermaid and Moe team will work on getting the tournament back for next year. But rebranded. Next year will be mix maybe with womens and open division too. The tournament will be all about creating a good atmosphere with good fun through the whole tournament. The date is almost set (most likely 4-5 of August). We just need 2-3 more people to join the team:

1st person: Recruitment responsible
What you’ll be doing:
Getting an overview of potential participants in Europe
Contacting and lobbying teams to the tournament
Keep track of who have been contacted and create new contact to key players in other clubs

Who you are:
You most likely have a big network on the european ultimate scene and knows how to convince other players to join our awesome tournament 

2nd person: PR/marketing responsible
What you’ll be doing:
Content and updates on social media
In charge of producing flyers, stickers etc to other tournaments
Contacting ultimate media for PR

Who you are:
You’re creative and knows what is interesting on facebook and Instagram. You are aware of when what is relevant and knows where to brand our tournament. Experience is not that crucial, we just need you enthusiasm and gå-på-mod!

3rd person: Team coordinator
What you’ll be doing:
Keep contact with all teams that have signed up and answer any questions they might have
Register payments and what all teams order

Who you are:
The person who checks their email every day and answers within a short time. You’re helpful and are very clear in your communication.

If you think you can handle 2 roles at once, you are also more than welcome!
